Curbside Customer Agreement
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Essential renews at $39.99 each month. Complete renews at $59.99 each month. Selected add-ons also renew monthly: each additional bin is $5 and difficult or long access starts at $10. Taxes, if legally required, will be shown at checkout.
Your subscription continues and Stripe charges the saved payment method each monthly billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee through the secure portal’s “Cancel renewal / service” action or by calling or texting 607-337-8801. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Hustle Boss will send the required annual renewal reminder with the service, charge amount and cancellation instructions.
1. Starting service and your consent
A route must be approved before paid service begins. The customer chooses a plan and expressly agrees to recurring billing in Stripe’s secure checkout. Submitting an interest form or creating a portal account alone does not start a paid subscription. If Hustle Boss offers a free or discounted trial, the checkout or written offer will disclose its length, the price afterward and when paid billing begins; paid renewal does not start without the customer’s affirmative consent.
2. Service scope
Hustle Boss moves the agreed bins from the recorded storage location to the curb for municipal or private collection and, for a selected return service, moves them back after collection. Service applies only to the approved address, bins, schedule and access route. Hustle Boss does not collect, haul, sort or dispose of waste unless a separate written service says otherwise.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Keep the service address, collection day, bin count, storage location, gate instructions and contact details current.
- Place accepted waste fully inside sound, closable bins and follow the collector’s weight, contamination and prohibited-item rules.
- Provide a clear, lawful and reasonably safe path to every bin, including working gates, lighting when reasonably needed, and control of pets.
- Tell Hustle Boss promptly about holiday schedules, delayed collection, construction, access changes or a planned pause.
4. Blocked, unsafe or inaccessible bins
Hustle Boss may skip or delay a stop when bins are missing, locked in, blocked by vehicles or snow, overloaded, damaged, contaminated, surrounded by hazards, or otherwise unsafe or inaccessible. The team will record the issue when practical. A stop prevented by conditions within the customer’s control is treated as attempted service and is not automatically refundable.
5. Weather, holidays and collection delays
Safety comes first. Severe weather, road closures, official emergency guidance, unsafe surfaces or other conditions outside Hustle Boss’s reasonable control may delay or reschedule service. Holiday or collector schedule changes shift Hustle Boss service when reasonably possible. If collection is delayed after bins are placed out, return service may move to the next practical time after collection. These schedule changes are not guaranteed to occur at a particular hour.
6. Charges, changes and refunds
Monthly charges recur on the billing schedule shown by Stripe. Vacation Cycle is a one-time charge and does not renew. Hustle Boss will clearly disclose and obtain agreement to any material pricing or renewal change before it applies. Payments are normally nonrefundable once the paid period begins, but duplicate charges, billing errors, a service Hustle Boss did not provide, and any refund required by law will be corrected. A customer should report a billing problem promptly through the portal or by phone/text.
7. Cancellation, pauses and termination
A customer may cancel online through the secure portal or call/text 607-337-8801. A clear cancellation request is effective when submitted; Hustle Boss will not require a sales call or impose a cancellation fee. Unless the customer asks for an earlier stop or law requires otherwise, paid service continues through the current billing period and no further monthly renewal is charged. Hustle Boss may pause or end service for nonpayment, repeated unsafe access, abuse, unlawful requests or material breach, with reasonable notice when practical.
8. Photos, records and privacy
Authorized team members may take limited service-proof photos showing bin placement, return, access conditions or a service problem. Proof photos are stored privately and are available only to authorized Hustle Boss staff and the linked customer through time-limited access. Customers should avoid placing sensitive documents or people in the service area. Hustle Boss may retain service records as reasonably needed for operations, support, billing disputes and legal obligations.
9. Damage and problem reporting
Hustle Boss will use reasonable care when moving bins. The customer should report alleged damage or a missed service promptly and provide available details or photos so the issue can be investigated. Hustle Boss is not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, defective bins, hidden hazards, municipal collection activity, animals, weather or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this agreement waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. General terms
Connecticut law governs this agreement. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. This agreement, the approved route details and the Stripe checkout summary make up the Curbside service agreement. A material change will be communicated clearly before it takes effect. Electronic records and the customer’s checkout consent may be retained as proof of agreement.
