When does billing begin?
Joining the waitlist does not activate billing. After Hustle Boss confirms your address, route, price, and start date, you receive the correct secure Stripe activation link.
Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Stripe automatically shows eligible payment methods for the device and browser being used. Available wallet options can vary by customer device.
Do I need to be home?
No. The service is designed around exterior bin access. Gates must be accessible and pets must be secured away from the route worker.
What if there is snow, ice, an overloaded cart, or unsafe access?
Hustle Boss may delay or skip a movement when the path or container is unsafe to handle. We will communicate when a service exception affects your stop.
What happens on holidays or collection delays?
Hustle Boss follows known municipal or hauler schedule changes. Unexpected hauler delays may move the return visit; customers should report private-hauler changes as soon as possible.
Where are the full service rules?
